Professional Background

Ms. Zhang has a strong and comprehensive background in professional Chinese dance training and dance education.

She graduated from the Chinese Dance Program at the Affiliated Secondary School of Guangdong Dance School, where she received years of rigorous and systematic training. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance, specializing in Chinese ethnic and folk dance, from Minzu University of China. During her undergraduate studies, she further developed her expertise in Chinese ethnic and folk dance, classical Chinese dance, and stage performance.

Ms. Zhang continued her studies in the United States and earned a Doctor of Education degree from the University of West Alabama. By combining professional dance training with modern educational principles, she has developed a structured, thoughtful, and age-appropriate approach to dance instruction and children’s arts education.
